iPerceptions Appoints Lane Cochrane Vice President Professional Services

The Nielsen Company veteran brings more than 15 years of experience leading client-centric business development and strategy initiatives in the market research industry

NEW YORK
— March 20, 2009 — iPerceptions Inc. (TSX-V: IPE), a leading provider of web-focused Voice of Customer analytics, announced today that Lane Cochrane has joined the company as vice president professional services. Cochrane has more than 15 years of management and business development experience in the market research industry, including 10 years in leadership roles at The Nielsen Company. At iPerceptions, Cochrane will be responsible for developing and implementing new research offerings and programs that maximize client success and extend the impact of Voice of Customer analytics across global businesses.

Cochrane joins iPerceptions from The Nielsen Company, where he spent 10 years in various management and business development roles. Most recently, he served as director of business development in the Consumer Research division, where he created a consumer research division for Nielsen Canada. Previously, he served on Nielsen’s front line as a corporate account director, business manager, and account executive. Cochrane began his career at The Nielsen Company as a senior analyst.

Prior to The Nielsen Company, Cochrane served as a research team leader at InTouch Survey Systems, where he was responsible for developing research projects for customer satisfaction evaluation, with a focus on the hospitality and retail sectors. Cochrane began his career at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Ottawa as an evaluation research officer. Cochrane received a BA in Communications from Ottawa University.
